Find it hard to think positively?
Expect things to change, if you are not willing to change… your thinking?

I have developed through my personal challenges,
the following 5 steps to help bring positive energy into one's life.
1) ACKNOWLEDGE the feeling (good, bad or indifferent)
2) FEEL the feeling (fully, short is best, however it can be intense)
3) Let the feeling GO 100% fully (not 99.99999999999999%)
100% people, You can’t lie about this one
4) THANK yourself for being honest
5) REPEAT 1-5 as needed until all negative feelings are gone
I know you may be thinking…. Not be negative, 100 percent of the time?
NO.. But that should be your goal 100% of the time.
Think about how many times you hear the Word NO.. throughout your life?
I have found the more you LET GO, the more good feelings replace the bad ones…
